Audi Q5 Hybrid Official Debut

While we had official word since December 2009 that the Audi Q5 Hybrid will exist, this is the official debut of the model. Itâ€™s one of the few crossovers that are fuel efficient (as much as a crossover can be efficient) and the difference between it and a regular model is the 19 inch alloy rims, hybrid badges and chrome exhaust pipes.

The power of the Audi Q5 Hybrid comes from a 2.0L TFSI engine with 208HP, plus an electric engine with 44HP. The sprint from 0 to 60 mph of the Audi Q5 Hybrid is done in 7.1 seconds, with a maximum speed of 138 mph (222 km/h).[Source]

Audi RS3 Sportback Launched At Geneva 2011

The Audi RS3 Sportback was announced originally in November 2010 and now it was released at the Geneva Auto Show 2011. This is the most recent edition of the A3 series and itâ€™s a high performance version which looks quite aggressive, thanks to the front fascia, the accents in matt aluminum and the grille of anthracite color. It also has side aerodynamic skirts and a rear dual exhaust system, as well as 19 inch alloy rims.

The interior of the Audi RS3 Sportback has sport seats made out of Nappa leather, a piano black trim, a steering wheel with a flat bottom, plus a info system which includes a lap timer.

The engine of the RS3 Sportback is a 2.5L and 5 cylinder that has 335HP, connected at a S-Tronic gearbox with 7 speeds. The sprint from 0 to 60 mph can be done in just 4.6 seconds.

Audi releases sketches of A5 Cabrio, Sportback, A7 and next-gen A8

Audi, has recently released some official sketches to ease the wait until we will get to see in bolts and screw the cars that are waiting at the startline to be released. First we get the A5 Cabrio, but anyone that has a little bit of immagination can visualise how the A5 will look with a folding soft top. But for all you brain-deads out there, there are some pictures. Second on our list is the A5 Sportback and from the picts we will expect a four-door coupe-looking car. Third on our list is the A7, which is a larger A5 Sportback and with a normal trunk rather than a rear hatch. Last but not least is the A8, which is meant to be as aggressive on the road as it looks in the pictures. What can i say, let’s hope tha t the cars will actually be as good on the road as they look in pictures.

A Glimpse To The Future Audi R3

The future of the Audi TT model is the Audi R3 (R8′s smaller brother), which will have a midship-engine layout, with 4 cylinder engines, at least according to Car Magazine, that talked with a source from Audi.
